Every Christmas, Russo's offers a huge quantity of Balsam Firs, New England's favorite Christmas tree.
Russo's trees come from the state of Maine. With its northern climate and healthy precipitation Maine produces some of the regions healthiest and robust trees.
Our regular stock of trees range in height from 5 feet to 10 feet, and our speciality selection starts at 14 feet upwards. We can also special order trees, so please call us for unusual sizes. All trees are individually priced.
Balsam is popular because of its dark green color, long lasting needles, attractive cone shape and pleasant fragrance. Balsam fir normally reaches heights of 60 feet with diameters of 1.5 feet.
Trees growing in optimal conditions can reach heights of 90 feet with diameters of 2.5 feet.
